Nikki went above and beyond my expectations today! The amount of time she spent getting to know me and understanding what I wanted was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in the past. She also took her time cutting my hair, shampooing it (herself!) and then blow drying and styling it. Nikki even curled it without me asking! I have never before taken a photo of myself fresh out the salon and Nikki went as far as to take me outside to get a great shot (or ten!) when I asked if she’d take a quick photo of me! I will forever come back to her and will recommend her and her salon to anyone who will listen! Aside from her professionalism and skill, the salon itself is a work of art where anyone can feel at home! Thank you so much Nikki! Never before have I had an experience like the one that you gave me ☺️

Nicole was amazing. She was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable along with her fellow staff. The hair cut was perfect I get compliments all the time. She did exactly what I asked and even gave me styling tips. Overall 10/10 experience will be recommending her to everyone.

One of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. Promise was my stylist and she really understood what I wanted for my cut. She’s super sweet and obviously loves her job. Would go back and the atmosphere super inclusive and welcoming!

I’m so thrilled with the haircut and experience Nikki gave me today! She was extremely responsive when discussing what I was looking for, and let me know when certain looks were unrealistic for my heavy hair and wash-and-go lifestyle. She really heard me when I told her about the issues I’ve been having with my hair, and gave me informed product recommendations to solve the problems (without being overly pushy to purchase their stock). During my haircut, Nikki was instructing Vanessa, a stylist newer to the salon. Listening to her teach told me everything I needed to know about this salon and its owner. Nikki was knowledgeable and careful in her instruction, and Vanessa was actively engaged in the process. Nikki rounded out her lesson with a vote of confidence and encouragement to learn that really embodies their company culture. This was my first time at a professional salon and I am a very happy client!

I absolutely loved the results! I have gone time and time again to stylist and I never get exactly what I wanted. This time, Nikki really did capture exactly what I wanted, asking for more images and details on what I’d like and also including some of her own ideas. The end result was amazing and I will absolutely be back, this is my permanent stylist for sure!

It’s a vibe! It’s an experience! It’s seriously the best salon on the planet! Nikki is an insane talent. Like unbelievable!! I heard about her and her work when I was in NYC getting my hair done. She is that talented people in the hippest parts of Brooklyn are talking about her skills. I just recently took advantage of her medium hair transformation service, and holy smokes I can’t believe how it turned out. It’s seriously the best color and cut I have ever gotten in my 20+ years of getting my hair done. Nikki is a big deal and her salon is everything.

I went to this salon for the first time and honestly, it’s unlike anywhere else I’ve been in Orlando. The atmosphere is so inclusive, welcoming, and fun. You can really feel the good energy as soon as you walk in. My stylist, Nikki, was absolutely amazing! She asked me a million questions to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted for my haircut and took the time to explain everything. She was so friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. I felt completely comfortable the entire time. Vanessa, the assistant, was also super kind and friendly. You can tell everyone there genuinely loves what they do. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great vibes and great hair.

Promise is the absolute best! She is the friendliest person ever, and cares so much about her clients! She takes her time and never rushes through an appointment. I will never be going to anyone else. The attention to detail and good vibes in the salon are perfect. Definitely book your next cut/color with her. The salon is also super cute, and so much personality put in to it. Absolutely will be back!
